Exercising

No summer vegan

No, I will not change my diet when winter comes knocking. I’m still on an lacto ovo diet, which most definitely doesn’t include any meat, (cattle, pork, lamb, poultry, or fish. ) Actually a lot vegetables naturally contains protein.
