I think I just might need another fitness goal since I just managed to run 12,42 miles the other day. Achieved at the time of exactly 180 minutes or 3 hours exactly.
Fitness goals for 2018
- Participate in (and complete) a Half Marathon
- Improve the current time of 12,42 miles in 180 minutes (3 hours exactly)
- Improve the 6,2 miles in 88 minutes or one hour and 28 minutes
- Improve the 3,1 in 43 minutes
