New fitness goals

I think I just might need another fitness goal since I just managed to run 12,42 miles the other day. Achieved at the time of exactly 180 minutes or 3 hours exactly.

Fitness goals for 2018

  1. Participate in (and complete) a Half Marathon
  2. Improve the current time of 12,42 miles in 180 minutes (3 hours exactly)
  3. Improve the 6,2 miles in 88 minutes or one hour and 28 minutes
  4. Improve the 3,1 in 43 minutes
