To celebrate my one month anniversary – what could be more appropriate than to give an updated list of seasonal veggies for this month?
I know – you might even have expected it- even so you’ll find it below.
Blackberries, chili, cabbage, corn, physalis, pumpkin, turnip, rhubarb, Romain, Arugula, leeks, celery, tomato, white cabbage, garlic, cassies, zucchini, carrots, green beans, fiqs, fennel, chive,cucumber, grapefruit, raspberries, swede, cherries, blueberries, cauliflower,broccoli.
Yes, one month in I’m still a vegetarian – not only that. Most days I’m actually a vegan. Imagine that. Me, a vegan.
Previously, I was never shy to ask for a second serving of beef, or a second piece of meat. I thought it would be extremely difficult to suddenly stop eating meat. I guess it’s not such a difficult choice between stuffing your face full with meat, beef, lamb, poultry, and fish – if a plantbased diet significantly will improve your health.
